Stamkos watches the falling disc, chokes up on his stick and is given the green light to swing. There are two amazing parts to this play. First, he gets the stick under the bar (despite the official making an immediate no-goal call, the goal would stand) and - if you watch the replay – Stamkos gets the puck squarely with the blade of his stick.
