NEW YORK -- Free agent pitcher Oliver Suero has been suspended 72 games and Chicago White Sox first baseman Telvin Nash for 50 games under baseballs minor league drug program.The suspensions were announced Friday. The commissioners office says Suero tested positive for Stanozolol, a performance-enhancing substance, while Nash tested positive for amphetamine, a banned stimulant.Suero, a righty from the Dominican Republic, agreed to a minor league contract with the Washington Nationals on July 2 for a $200,000 signing bonus. The deal was voided based on an age and identification investigation by Major League Baseball, a person familiar with the decision said.
