Starting pitcher Johnny Cueto left the San Francisco Giants 2-0 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday with a left groin strain and will undergo an MRI on Wednesday to determine the extent of the injury.Cueto appeared to tweak the groin while throwing a pitch in the sixth inning.
